Ingrediensts:
  1. Paneer (cottage cheese) pieces - 200 gms
  2. Veg noodles - 124 kg ( cooked and drained)
  3. Oil - 50 gms
  4. Spring onion - chopped - 2 bunches
  5. Carrot pieces - 50 gms
  6. Beans pieces - half cooked - 50 gms
  7. Tomato sauce - 2 tbsp
  8. Coriander leaves - 1 tbsp
  9. Red chili sauce- 2 tbsp
  10. Garlic paste - 2 tbsp
  11. Pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
  12. Tasting salt - 1/4 tsp

  1. Noodles - 3 cups of boiled noodles.
  2. Garlic - 2 (Finely chopped)
  3. Red chilies - 3 - 4 (Break into pieces)
  4. Cabbage - 1 cup (Finely chopped)
  5. Capsicum - Finely sliced
  6. Onion - 1 medium
  7. Ajinomoto - 1/4 tsp.
  8. Oil - 2 tsp.
  9. Salt according to taste

 Ingredients:
  1. Vegetable Hakka Noodles – 1 pack
  2. Onion – 1 mecum ( Sliced onions)
  3. Beans –1/2 cup (Sliced beans) (Optional)
  4. Cabbage – 1/4 cup shredded  cabbage
  5. Carrot – 1/2 cup Shredded carrot
  6. Capsicum – ½ cup (Capsicum sliced)
  7. Soy sauce – 1 tbsp.
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Black pepper powder – 1/4 tsp.
  10. Oil – 2 tbsp.

  1. Immediately after boiling noodles put them in normal cold water to separate them each.
  2. Rubbing the inside of the cooking vessel with vegetable oil will prevent noodles, spaghetti and similar starches from boiling over.
