VEGETABLE HAKKA NOODLES - వేజిటేబుల్ హక్కా నూడుల్స్ (2)


VEGETABLE HAKKA NOODLES - వేజిటేబుల్ హక్కా నూడుల్స్

 Ingredients:
  1. Vegetable Hakka Noodles – 1 pack
  2. Onion – 1 mecum ( Sliced onions)
  3. Beans –1/2 cup (Sliced beans) (Optional)
  4. Cabbage – 1/4 cup shredded  cabbage
  5. Carrot – 1/2 cup Shredded carrot
  6. Capsicum – ½ cup (Capsicum sliced)
  7. Soy sauce – 1 tbsp.
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Black pepper powder – 1/4 tsp.
  10. Oil – 2 tbsp.
  11. Water
  12. Spring onion greens - 1 Stalk (Finely chopped)

Method:




  1. Boil the noodles in sufficient water. Drain water and pour cool water on it.
  2. Drain and keep it aside.
  3. Heat oil in a wide non stick pan or wok.
  4. Add onions and stir fry for 2 minutes.
  5. Add beans, carrot, cabbage and capsicum. Fry two more minutes, stirring and tossing continuously.
  6. Add noodles, salt, pepper and soy sauce.
  7. Cook on high heat for a couple of minutes or until the noodles are heated through, tossing continuously.
  8. Add spring onion greens. Mix well and serve hot.
