VEGETABLE HAKKA NOODLES - వేజిటేబుల్ హక్కా నూడుల్స్ (2)
Ingredients:
- Vegetable Hakka Noodles – 1 pack
- Onion – 1 mecum ( Sliced onions)
- Beans –1/2 cup (Sliced beans) (Optional)
- Cabbage – 1/4 cup shredded cabbage
- Carrot – 1/2 cup Shredded carrot
- Capsicum – ½ cup (Capsicum sliced)
- Soy sauce – 1 tbsp.
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper powder – 1/4 tsp.
- Water
- Spring onion greens - 1 Stalk (Finely chopped)
Method:
- Boil the noodles in sufficient water. Drain water and pour cool water on it.
- Drain and keep it aside.
- Heat oil in a wide non stick pan or wok.
- Add onions and stir fry for 2 minutes.
- Add beans, carrot, cabbage and capsicum. Fry two more minutes, stirring and tossing continuously.
- Add noodles, salt, pepper and soy sauce.
- Cook on high heat for a couple of minutes or until the noodles are heated through, tossing continuously.
- Add spring onion greens. Mix well and serve hot.
