CHICKEN PICKLE - చికెన్ పికల్
Ingredients:- Boneless chicken - 1/2 kg
- Garam masala powder (cardamom, cinnamon and cloves) - 2 tsp
- Dhaniya powder - (Coriander seeds powder) - 100 gms
- Garlic ginger paste - 50 gms
- Jeera - 30 gms (Make powder)
- Red chilli powder - 100 gms
- Lemon - 6 (extract juice)
- Oil - 1/4 kg
- Salt - 3 tsp
- Cut chicken into small pieces.
- Cook chicken for 5 - 8 minutes.
- Drain water.
- Heat 1 cup of oil in a pan.
- Add chicken pieces and cook for few more minutes.
- In a bowl mix garam masala powder, cooked chicken or mutton pieces, lemon juice, dhaniya powder, red chilli powder, salt and garlic ginger paste.
- Add oil (remaining oil after cooking chicken) to this mix and store pickle.
