CHICKEN PICKLE - చికెన్ పికల్
Ingredients:
  1. Boneless chicken - 1/2 kg
  2. Garam masala powder (cardamom, cinnamon and cloves) - 2 tsp
  3. Dhaniya powder - (Coriander seeds powder) - 100 gms
  4. Garlic ginger paste - 50 gms
  5. Jeera - 30 gms (Make powder)
  6. Red chilli powder - 100 gms
  7. Lemon - 6  (extract juice)
  8. Oil - 1/4 kg
  9. Salt - 3 tsp
Method:
  1. Cut chicken into small pieces.
  2. Cook chicken for 5 - 8 minutes.
  3. Drain water.
  4. Heat 1 cup of oil in a pan.
  5. Add chicken pieces and cook for few more minutes.
  6. In a bowl mix garam masala powder, cooked chicken or mutton pieces, lemon juice, dhaniya powder, red chilli powder, salt and garlic ginger paste.
  7. Add oil (remaining oil after cooking chicken) to this mix and store pickle.
