PANEER NOODLES - పనీర్ నూడుల్స్
 
Ingrediensts:
  1. Paneer (cottage cheese) pieces - 200 gms
  2. Veg noodles - 124 kg ( cooked and drained)
  3. Oil - 50 gms
  4. Spring onion - chopped - 2 bunches
  5. Carrot pieces - 50 gms
  6. Beans pieces - half cooked - 50 gms
  7. Tomato sauce - 2 tbsp
  8. Coriander leaves - 1 tbsp
  9. Red chili sauce- 2 tbsp
  10. Garlic paste - 2 tbsp
  11. Pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
  12. Tasting salt - 1/4 tsp
  13. Salt
Method:
  1. Fry paneer pieces with out oil.
  2. Heat oil in a pan.
  3. Add garlic paste, spring onion pieces, beans, carrot, fried paneer.
  4. Add red chili sauce, tomato sauce, pepper powder,tasting salt, salt.
  5. Cookie on medium flame by mixing them.
  6. Finally add noodles.
  7. Mix and garnish with coriander leaves.
