VEG NOODLES - వెజ్ నూడుల్స్ (1)
Ingredients:- Noodles - 3 cups of boiled noodles.
- Garlic - 2 (Finely chopped)
- Red chilies - 3 - 4 (Break into pieces)
- Cabbage - 1 cup (Finely chopped)
- Capsicum - Finely sliced
- Onion - 1 medium
- Ajinomoto - 1/4 tsp.
- Oil - 2 tsp.
- Salt according to taste
- Chili oil - 2 tsp.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add chopped garlic, red chilies.
- Add onions and fry till they become tender.
- Add cabbage, capsicum and ajinomoto.
- Cook for 2 minutes.
- Drain and noodles and chili oil, salt and mix well.
- Cook for 2 - 3 minutes.
- Serve hot.
