VEG NOODLES - వెజ్ నూడుల్స్ (1)
Ingredients:
  1. Noodles - 3 cups of boiled noodles.
  2. Garlic - 2 (Finely chopped)
  3. Red chilies - 3 - 4 (Break into pieces)
  4. Cabbage - 1 cup (Finely chopped)
  5. Capsicum - Finely sliced
  6. Onion - 1 medium
  7. Ajinomoto - 1/4 tsp.
  8. Oil - 2 tsp.
  9. Salt according to taste
  10. Chili oil - 2 tsp.
Method:
  1. Heat oil in a pan.
  2. Add chopped garlic, red chilies.
  3. Add onions and fry till they become tender.
  4. Add cabbage, capsicum and ajinomoto.
  5. Cook for 2 minutes.
  6. Drain and noodles and chili oil, salt and mix well.
  7. Cook for 2 - 3 minutes.
  8. Serve hot.
